2124 Aluminum Plate Aircraft Grade High Tensile Strength 2124 Sheet
2124 Alloy is a typical hard aluminum alloy in the aluminum-copper-magnesium series. The characters of this material are with high strength and with certain heat resistance, it can be used as a working part below 150℃. The strength is higher than 7075 if the Working temperature above 125℃. The formability is better under hot, annealing and quenching conditions. And the effect of heat strengthened is significantly. The alloy 2124 are widely used in aircraft structures, rivets, truck hubs, propeller components and other structural components.
